Mary Trump, the daughter of President Donald Trump’s older brother Fred Trump Jr., on Tuesday accused the president of displaying \u201ccognitive decline\u201d and \u201cclear emotional and psychological decline.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a new video posted to her YouTube channel, titled “Trump Declines Rapidly as Behavior Raises Concerns,” Mary Trump examined the president\u2019s unusual appearance on the White House roof and his administration\u2019s unexpected plan to build a nuclear reactor on the moon.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere he was on the roof of the White House on a Tuesday afternoon, doing what exactly? Nobody knows. I don\u2019t believe he knows,\u201d Mary Trump said. \u201cMaybe he was looking for his healthcare plan up there.\u201d<\/p>\n

The video shows reporters watching the event laughing and jeering as the president joked about building more missile defenses for the White House, but Mary Trump warned the moment was a dangerous sign of decline. She also called Trump\u2019s push to put a nuclear reactor on the moon as proof of deterioration.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only thing I can say is what the actual f\u2014\u2014,\u201d said Mary Trump. \u201cWe can\u2019t pretend that any of this is OK or acceptable. This is dangerous. We have the president of the United States on a roof talking about nuclear reactors on the moon. \u2026 Nobody who is telling the truth would say that this is normal or acceptable.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Irish Times reports Trump\u2019s roof appearance comes after the White House confirmed the president\u2019s health problems causing swollen ankles and constant bruising. But Mary Trump said her uncle\u2019s diagnosis of chronic venous insufficiency is only the start of his problems, and that his deterioration is severely hurting the nation\u2019s democracy.<\/p>\n

She referenced Trump\u2019s recent interview on “Squawk box” where Trump said Republicans \u201care entitled to five more seats\u201d in Texas through the GOP\u2019s extensive gerrymandering efforts.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor weeks Trump and Republicans have insisted that his redistricting was about competitiveness, not politics, but Donald made it clear on live television that he believes he is entitled to five more seats simply because he won the state in 2024,\u201d Mary Trump said. \u201c \u2026 He doesn\u2019t understand that \u2026 we live in a representative democracy. \u2026 He doesn\u2019t get it. He doesn\u2019t grasp it. He doesn\u2019t understand it. He doesn\u2019t care, or all of the above.\u201d<\/p>\n

Worse, Mary Trump said the president\u2019s Republican Party is letting his illness tear down democracy, referencing House GOP Conference Chair Lisa McClain recently telling CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that she agreed with Trump\u2019s gerrymandering tactics.<\/p>\n

\u201cOf course, I\u2019m going to side with the president,\u201d McClean told Bltizer.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis Republican Party has enabled Donald every single step of the way. They are responsible \u2026 for where we are as a nation, and their party is getting weaker by the minute,\u201d Mary Trump said. \u201cIt would be better if the party ended sooner rather than later.\u201d<\/p>\n
