A Telegraph analysis puts the &#8220;true bill&#8221; at $151.3 billion. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cTrump erupted during a meeting last week with some of his top national security officials, yelling expletives, according to the U.S. official and another person familiar with the discussion,\u201d NBC News reports.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nextaddressamerica.com\/?p=4133\">Losing streak: Judges smash Trump\u2019s latest 2026 strategy in new ruling<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter all this time, there is no unity,\u201d one U.S. official familiar with the discussions told NBC. <\/p>\n<p>Another U.S. official, described as having \u201cknowledge of the discussions around the war,\u201d told reporters the military lacks \u201cclear guidance\u201d from the president \u2014 even as the military prepares to resume major combat operations in Iran.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have had a series of tactical victories, but are facing a strategic defeat without clear policy guidance or a decision about where this is going,\u201d the official told NBC News.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, Trump \u201cis expected to be presented this week with expanded military options that include targeting Iranian-backed proxies in the region, according to the U.S. official.
