But MAGA is furious at the legal drop-kick of one of the arguments buttressing Trump\u2019s fragile claims of 2020 election tampering in Georgia.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not even surprised anymore,\u201d posted one MAGA account with a history of racism.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt never ends,\u201d lamented another conservative X account speaking on the federal judges slate of Trump betrayals.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis feels like judicial overreach,\u201d complained another.<\/p>\n

CNN reports The Georgia election \u201chad been a frequent target of President Donald Trump\u2019s election-rigging claims,\u201d but US District Judge William Ray called the breadth of the subpoena seeking information about Fulton County election workers \u201cstaggering.\u201d He said that the use of the subpoena power to investigate the 2020 election was not legitimate, given the statute of limitations for any potential crime. <\/p>\n

\u201cIn this Court\u2019s view, the DOJ does not possess a need to enforce the Subpoena greater than the burden of disclosure on Fulton County, and as such, the Court will not enforce it,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

MAGA remains furious at the decision, however.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe effort to hide what happened in 2020 continues,\u201d another complained on X. \u201cIt\u2019s all theater.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another roared: \u201cRogue judge who thinks he\u2019s above the law,\u201d while calling the judge a \u201cPOS.\u201d<\/p>\n
