The Daily Beast reports a \u201cfamily values\u201d MAGA candidate running for Congress is being accused of destroying his best friend\u2019s marriage by coaxing him to a swinger lifestyle \u2014 with his wife.<\/p>\n

That is one of \u201cmany sordid claims hanging over the campaign of the Trump-endorsed Mark Lamb, 53,\u201d who the Beast reports is the favorite to represent Arizona\u2019s 5th Congressional District, where he served eight years as sheriff.<\/p>\n

\u201cLamb is accused of roping his pal Matt Hilsabeck into a years-long affair with his wife without permission from Hilsabeck\u2019s spouse, which not only led to his friend\u2019s divorce, but also a probe by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,\u201d said the Beast, citing an investigation by the Arizona Republic has revealed.<\/p>\n

According to the Beast, Jillian Stannard, Hilsabeck\u2019s ex-wife, claims Lamb \u201cgot in her face\u201d when she sent sexual material, including a photo of Lamb\u2019s penis, to church officials as part of their probe. The Republic writes that he then threatened her, telling her there \u201cwould be consequences.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another unrelated woman has accused the self-described \u201cfamily man\u201d of sending explicit messages, followed up by threats. She shared Facebook message screenshots with the Republic in which Lamb allegedly texted through an intermediary that he would \u201ccall DPS,\u201d referring to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, if she posted his explicit images \u2014 something he allegedly equated to revenge porn.<\/p>\n

Lamb then allegedly tried to sweeten the deal by promising to personally halt any state criminal probe into the woman if she took down her posts. \u201cI will ask for them not to proceed,\u201d he allegedly wrote. \u201cMy wife says she is okay with that too.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Republic reported that the same woman, Tammy Peacock, shared messages with Lamb that suggested they had a years-long affair and that she even had a tattoo of a sheriff\u2019s badge with Lamb\u2019s name on it.<\/p>\n

The Beast added that Peacock reportedly called Lamb a \u201cf\u2014\u2014 joke\u201d and a womanizer a week before she died in a car crash.<\/p>\n
